- “Member” refers to an individual who accesses the service through Google or GitHub authentication.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms apply to all users of the service.
- The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws. Any amendment shall take effect through a public notice on the website.
Article 4 (Membership and Login)
- Membership registration is conducted via Google or GitHub authentication.
- Members must not share their account information with others or use another person’s account. Any loss arising from such actions is the sole responsibility of the member.
Article 5 (Provision and Modification of Services)
- Member account and authentication services
- Payment processing through PortOne and NHN KCP
- Other services determined by the Company
The Company may modify the content or operation of services and will provide prior notice of such changes.
Article 6 (Payment and Refund)
Payments are processed via PortOne, which uses payment networks such as NHN KCP. Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with the Company’s policy and PortOne’s procedures.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not responsible for any service disruption caused by force majeure, system failures, or errors of payment processors (PortOne, NHN KCP).
